Aura Garrido is an Spanish actor who is active in film and TV. She was in movies such as Stockholm and in the TV series El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido came into the world in Madrid, in 1989. Tomas Garrido, her father is an orchestra conductor and composer. Her mother, Pilar Sanchez paints. The first time she took piano lessons was when she was four. She began ballet soon after. She can speak English because she had an English-speaking best friend growing up. After she had completed her high school studies, she joined the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico. She studied the interpretation of texts and interpretive techniques in her third years. This role earned she the Silver Biznaga for best supporting actress and an Goya Awards nomination in the top breakthrough actress category, among other nominations.
